Sleep Disorders Center

Sleep Center

Do you feel drowsy during the day, even after getting enough nighttime sleep?  Do you have memory problems or trouble concentrating? Do you find yourself dozing off while driving or watching TV? Do you feel depressed? It could be that a sleep disorder is robbing you of the quality sleep needed to be at your best mentally and physically.

Sleep is vital to health and well-being, because that’s when our brains and bodies restore themselves. Sleep deprivation – for whatever reason – can lead to impaired memory and physical performance, hallucinations or mood swings. Poor sleeps also contributes to high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke and even an increase in accidents, yet it largely goes undiagnosed and untreated.

The Evergreen Sleep Disorders Center is a dedicated program to treat sleep disorders. It handles all varieties of sleep disorders, from common insomnia to the more complex , all with the goal of getting people rested and back to functioning at a normal level.

If you have symptoms that may indicate a sleep disorder, our sleep specialist will go over your symptoms in detail and do a complete evaluation. Sometimes patients need only sleep education, but most patients will take part in an overnight sleep study at the Center. The study results are scored by Board certified polysomnographic technologists and a decision is made on the best treatment.
